** Viking Saddlebags - too lengthy to go into detail, but communications with individual were non-existent, customer was charged for a product Viking didn't even have, nor could they get, then said they could switch them to another product, which later was discovered that they did not have those bags, either. And never once did Viking attempt to communicate with the customer, while he unsuccessfully attempted numerous times to communicate with them. AWFUL experience from what seems to be an equally AWFUL company.
