** Viking Saddlebags - too lengthy to go into the full detail, but the problems include the following:  Communications from Viking to customer were non-existent;  Customer was charged for a product Viking didn't even have, nor could they get, then said they could switch them to another product, only later to discover that they did not have those bags, either.  And never once did Viking attempt to contact the customer, while the customer unsuccessfully attempted numerous times to communicate with them, but when customer did get through to speak with rep there ( Andy), nothing was ever resolved, only that they could not assist him as initially promised.   Experience was nothing above AWFUL from what seems to be an equally AWFUL company.   Opinion: Stay away - too many other good, reputable companies with equal or much better products.
